The College is composed of Members, Branches, a Board of Directors, Office Bearers, committees and officers.
As outlined in the ACHSM Constitution, the Board establishes Branches of the College and prescribes their powers. The Board also allocates all Members of the College to a Branch.
The Board must cause to be established and elected a Board Committee for each Branch (to be known as a Branch Council) to administer the affairs of the Branch. The process for election of a Branch Council is outlined in the Rules.
The members of each Branch Council are elected by the members of the Branch and then endorsed by the Board.
