  • ACHSM competency assessment tool
  • Interview with Mentor to develop Career Development Plan

  • Submission of paper on workplace project
  • Application administration fee
 ACHSM Associate Fellow or Fellow with at least 3 years' experience and 1 education point Certified Health Manager (CHM) $1195 incl GST
General Entry + Recognition of Experience
  • Recognition of Experience (RoE) assessment
  • ACHSM competency assessment tool
  • Interview with Mentor to develop Career Development Plan
  • Completion of online professional & social responsibility module**
  • Submission of paper on workplace project
  • Application administration fee
 ACHSM Associate Fellow or Fellow with at least 5 years' experience and no education points Certified Health Manager + Recognition of Experience (CHM + RoE) $1195 incl GST
Advanced Standing
  • Recognition of Experience (RoE) assessment
  • ACHSM competency assessment tool
  • Completion of online professional & social responsibility module**
  • Application administration fee
 ACHSM Associate Fellow or Fellow with at least 10 years' experience in health, aged, or community/social care leadership or management Certified Health Manager (CHM) $850 incl GST

If you are a Fellow when you undertake the Certification Program, your designation on completion will be Certified Health Executive (CHE). Once Certified, when you advance from Associate Fellow to Fellow, your designation will automatically change from Certified Health Manager (CHM) to Certified Health Executive (CHE).

* Having completed the Certification Program Application form, you will be advised by ACHSM which level you are qualified for.
** The Professional & Social Responsibility Unit is provided by Griffith University and costs $765 inc GST. If you’ve already completed this unit, your Certification program fees will be reduced accordingly.
